We understand the frustration for those whom are Neurodiverse whom have communication problems or would like to have something at hand to prove diagnosis. Having no immediate proof can leave people feeling lost with a lack of understanding as well as needing a tool to easily access in case of medical emergencies whilst overwhelmed . Our new first of its kind Neurodiversity card is to cover a number of conditions at on one card. This card can also help a young person/adult when in a meltdown seek medical help or attention. When someone has communication difficulties this card can help professionals access records as it includes photo, NHS number and full name along with diagnosis, it also includes an emergency contact so they have someone to call in case of an emergency.
This card also includes a QR code that directs them to the Website for validity.
